How do I become a new patient?

Please reach out to us via email at info@denverholisticmedicine.com or call/text (720) 577-5560 to schedule a new patient appointment. Please note we do not offer online bookings for new patients; please email, call or text us.

Do you offer a free meet and greet to see if I am a good fit or I have specific questions before scheduling an appointment?

Yes! We offer a free 10-minute phone call with the doctor for a brief “meet and greet” or if you have specific questions about your health condition to determine whether we are a good fit for you. Please reach out to us via email at info@denverholisticmedicine.com or call/text (720) 577-5560 to schedule your free meet and great phone call.

What can I expect during the initial 75-minute functional medicine consultation?

During the full initial consultation the doctor will go over your complete health/medical history, lifestyle, nutrition, stress management, family history, as well as your health and wellness goals. She will discuss any recommended labs and start you on a treatment plan. Generally, depending on your situation, she will follow up with you within 2-6 weeks after your first appointment, and as needed afterwards (every situation is unique).

Which services are offered in-person, which are not?

All functional medicine consultations are offered via telemedicine only.

Functional training sessions are held out of our private studio in Virginia Village, Denver.

Do you take insurance?

We do not take insurance. We are a cash-only practice. You are always welcome to use HSA/FSA funds from your insurance for any of our services.

What are your fees?

New patient functional medicine consultation (75 minutes) - $375

Follow up consultation (for established patients only) (30 minutes) - $115

New patient functional fitness assessment (60 minutes) - $175

Functional training sessions (50 minutes) - $95

What types of services do we not offer?

Because we offer functional medicine services via telemedicine only, we do not offer routine gynecological care such as wellness checks, PAP smears and internal exams. Most of our patients choose to still have a “traditional” OBGYN for yearly checkups, etc. We do not function as a primary care provider.

How do you order labs, imaging, etc?

We order labs through companies such as DUTCH, Mosaic, Precision Analytical, Vibrant, etc. Many of these labs are at-home kits, such as dried urine, saliva or stool samples. Blood draws are scheduled at a lab conveniently located to your home. We send you all the necessary supplies and requisition forms that you will take to your blood draw. All labs are out of pocket and can not be billed through insurance. However, you can always use your HSA/FSA to pay for lab fees.

Lab fees vary depending on your situation and needs. Labs can run anywhere from $200 for basic labs for one specific issue to around $1000 for a full assessment with various labs.
